Miss Julie is the Mistress of Ceremonies at the (sometimes seemingly interminable) Martial Arts Tournaments that infest YYH. Pretty, but not especially competent. Her main job is counting to ten, which she seems to be doing here, but she only occasionally manages to make it all the way. |
