Based on the costume, which is the same as just after he appears the first time, but the lack of his Hunter constestant number, I'm guessing that this cel is fairly near the one I call "Boarder."
I always enjoy getting cels where Killua is carrying his skateboard, they somewhat assuage my thirst for cels of Killua riding his skateboard, kind of like Methadone and heroin. |
