Ranma 1/2 is a fun series, but it's hard to think of a character (other than Nabiki) who would qualify as even the not-quite-dullest knife in the drawer, so to speak. In fact sometimes it seems as if the series's creators took one normal brain and divided it up among the cast. It's clear that when the portions were being handed out Kuno got even less that than the others -- for sheer obliviousness he has no rivals.
Here's he's doubtless running off to another defeat, but he'll keep on charging...
