OK, this is a case of caption fatigue, I admit it. When you try to come up with original things to say about cels for long enough, eventually you start hallucinating. When I saw this cel for some reason the silent-film title card chestnut "Kiss me, you fool!" popped into my head, and I couldn't get rid of it.
Since I haven't yet seen the HxH episode that this cel comes from, I can't tell what's really happening here, so I'm sticking with my first caption. Frankly, the characters' expressions are so silly this is probably as good a title as any  .
