Poor Goku, he's completely dead in this cel, not just mostly dead. This is from the alternate future where Trunks has not given him the medicine to cure his heart disease.
Usually you wouldn't expect Goku to let a little thing like death slow him down. Under normal circumstances he'd be back in the ring in no time, wearing a halo and blasting away. This is the gruesome alternate future, though, and there's no happy ending for him (or us) this time. |
