By far my favorite Ken cel to date. I believe this is from his journey to Kyoto during the Shishio arc. I'm fairly certain the background is from RK but I think it's non-matching.
I have a lot of trouble finding Ken cels I like, because his design varies so much from episode to episode. In this cel he truly looks human for once, plus I like the touch of melancholy in his expression. It's really well suited to Kenshin's character. |
