Every Shonen Jump series requires its heroes to pass a series of tests. This is one of the places where HxH shows its originality -- Gon and his friends have to pass a culinary test administered by the prototypical temperamental chef.
Of course Monchy is a walking health code violation: a string tank top and short-shorts would get any American restaurant a nice fine. I'd like to see a shift manager try to get a hair net and plastic gloves on Monchy... |
