Shampoo's probably my least favorite Ranma 1/2 character after Happosai (I'll never own a Happosai cel), but she's important enough to the series that I felt I should own a cel.
Here it looks like another one of Shampoo's schemes to capture Ranma has gone awry, the way they always do. |
