Raiha doesn't have a very big part in the Flame of Recca anime, sort of an enigmatic walk-on. Too bad, really; he has a nice harmless-looking-villain design and a good personality.
In the manga (which is pretty good, actually) he has a slightly bigger role and a bit of a thing for Fuuko. I was glad to get this cel because he's a pretty rare character... I'm still looking for more cels of Raiha if I can find them. |
