Raiha drama |

Raiha may wear a headband (it was the 90's, but still) and he may not really add much to Flame of Recca's story, but I still like him. This cel shows some nice dramatic lighting effects and a decent expression. Not my idea of an ultimate Raiha cel but I was still happy to get it, given how rare Raiha cels are. |
