I just love Ashitaka's peaceful expression in this cel. I also like the ceramic bowl he's dipping in the invisible stream, it adds a nice Eastern flavor to the image. Not the kind of bowl you'd find at Walmart...
This was part of the 2009 Ashitaka Flood. Obviously I'm never going to find a matching background, maybe some day I'll find a watercolor artist I can commission to make backgrounds for some of these cels. |
