Meno may be drawn as a stereotypical anime high school girl but she turns out to have quite an unusual weapon -- her hair. In some ways, though, she's more traditional. In this series, if you've got an exotic weapon, you use it to try to kill Recca, so that's just what Meno does.
Meno's quite small on the cel, which I got as a part of an assortment of FoR cels. Still, I liked the image enough to put it up. |
