My first Koenma cel, an incredibly cheap item, and it shows  . I wanted to get a "teenage" Koenma without the pacifier he normally has in his mouth, and this was the first one I could find. I've always enjoyed the vision, common to many animes, of the afterlife as a sort of otherworldly Department of Motor Vehicles, complete with bureaucracy and paperwork. |
