This is Luke with his friend Lambda (I'm not making any of this stuff up!). MCK episodes with the supporting cast of good guys (such as Beginner and Luke) tend to be more fun than Mondo-and-Rockna episodes, at least in part because Luke is so petulant.
Luke has a hopeless crush on that notable airhead Beginner (though she's admittedly more on the ball than Gluco, but who isn't?). Whenever Beginner is around Luke can only summon sheep, so every time there's an emergency that only summoning a collectible monster can alleviate, he fills up the screen with sheep as long as she's in sight.
